  2. Are you a mom or family member with lived experience with maternal mental health (MMH) disorders? If so, share your story in TheBlueDotProject story bank.

  3. Want to do more to close gaps in MMH in your community? Become a 2020 Mom Ambassador.

  4. Ready to drive policy change to support motherhood at a state and national level? Join Mom Congress.

  5. Want to raise money to fund the annual #MMHWeek social media campaign and the development of key partnerships to spread awareness? Sign up to learn more about the annual #WalkTheBlueDot Run/Walk Sept 11 and/or 12.

  6. Call on the UN to recognize World Maternal Mental Health Day - WMMH Day (postpartum.net)

  7. Save the date to help promote the National Maternal Suicide Awareness campaign this September.
