Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week is April 30-May 6

Though supporters are encouraged to promote maternal mental health this week, activities can be planned all month. The blue dot symbol can be used by all supporters to raise awareness for the cause.

This May, we are encouraging organizations, communities and individuals to get real about motherhood and become a partner to raise awareness for the number one complication of childbirth by posting #realmotherhood moments with #noshame.

Partners sign on to re-tweet and re-post digital shareable messages from TheBlueDotProject's facebook and Instagram accounts and 2020 Mom's Twitter account starting April 30th and running until May 6th.
