Responding to a partner, friend or family member who may be struggling. 

  • Ask her how she's really feeling. 

  • Guide her to take this online screening. 

  • Listen without judgement. 

  • Let her know that she is not alone. 

  • Provide her with resources to find help. 

  • Check in on her. 

  • Offer to help out. 

  • Share your own story.
