Anyone can become a Blue Dot Ambassador — at any time.
Blue Dot Ambassadors are volunteers who help make perinatal mental health visible in everyday spaces. During each Ambassador year (July–June), Ambassadors commit to completing three meaningful actions that support awareness, connection, and closing gaps in perinatal mental health care.
By June 30, Ambassadors submit a short activity form for review. Once reviewed, Ambassadors are recognized as part of that year’s Blue Dot Ambassador Graduating Class.
Graduating Ambassadors receive:
Official recognition for their commitment to volunteerism and advocacy
A personal thank-you card
A custom annual Blue Dot Ambassador sticker
This program is designed to be flexible, accessible, and sustainable. There is no single way to be an Ambassador — just a shared commitment to showing up in ways that work for your life.

A Note on Commitment
We recognize that many parents, providers, and advocates are already stretched thin. The Blue Dot Ambassador program is intentionally designed to be a low-barrier, flexible way to contribute — not an added burden. If this ever feels inaccessible, or if you have questions along the way, please reach out to LauraK@Postpartum.net. We’re here to support you.
